💡 What to Expect During Online Therapy:

A secure video chat session where we meet face-to-face in a private, HIPAA-compliant platform—similar to FaceTime or Zoom. Payment is processed automatically before each session via Simple Practice software.

  • Cancellation fee policy

Private Pay Fees: 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, otherwise you will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that life happens and there are times when you simply cannot make an appointment. However, a cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. When a session is cancelled without much notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client.
